From time to time I’ll be posting exercise advice, and this is a fantastic one to begin with as it focuses on strengthening and improving mobility in the hips, which can be at the origin of all sorts of injuries. These are some of the exercises Mo Farah uses as part of his core stability session, apparently, and if they’re good enough for him they’re good enough for most of us!
