My coaching philosophy
#1 You and your lifestyle at the centre
Unless you are a full-time professional athlete, you probably have a job. You may also be a parent, or someone who travels a lot with work. We all have ‘non-negotiables’ which our running must fit around. Training will be planned to make the most of the time you have available, as well as being realistic and always in line with your goals.
#2 Communication is key
What motivates you? Do you feel able to do the planned session or not? Communication is what enables us to programme the training that is best suited to your needs.
#3 Keeping things simple
We all have huge gains to make by getting the basics right before we start exploring the marginal gains. Your training will be based on solid, simple, tried and tested methods.
